Install the Plugin

The Aegrid Agent Commerce plugin connects your WooCommerce store to the Aegrid agent marketplace.

After installation you can also find the plugin on WordPress.org.

Setup Instructions

Install the plugin

In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Select the ZIP file you downloaded. Click Install Now, then Activate.

Generate WooCommerce API credentials

Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API. Click Add Key. Set Description to "Aegrid", User to your admin account, and Permissions to Read/Write. Click Generate API Key and copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.

Register your store on Aegrid

Fill out the form with your store URL and the WC credentials from Step 2. You'll receive an aegrid_merch_* API key — copy it immediately, it is shown only once.

Paste your API key into the plugin

In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Aegrid. Paste your aegrid_merch_* key into the API Key field. Click Save & Connect.

Sync your catalog

The plugin automatically syncs your product catalog after connecting. You can also click Sync Now manually. Once synced, your products are discoverable by AI agents on Aegrid.

Troubleshooting

401 Unauthorized on plugin connect

Your API key may be wrong or expired. Go to your dashboard to reset your key, then paste the new key into the plugin.

Products not syncing

Check that WP-Cron is enabled on your hosting. If you're on managed WordPress hosting (WP Engine, Kinsta), enable real cron in your hosting panel. You can also click Sync Now in WooCommerce → Settings → Aegrid.

WooCommerce credential test fails

Verify your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret have Read/Write permissions (not Read-only). Regenerate from WC → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
